祝詞・舞・書・歌・衣装が一つになった舞台に触れ、身近すぎて見過ごしていた感性や美意識に出会い直す。音楽に乗せることで、心の奥まで届きます。その感動が、「日本人に生まれてよかった」という実感になります。On a stage where norito prayers, dance, calligraphy, song and costume become one, we meet again the sensibility and sense of beauty we had overlooked because they were so close to us. Carried by music, it reaches deep into the heart. That emotion becomes the feeling, “I’m glad I was born Japanese.”

初めて舞台に立つ人も、経験のある人も、本気で挑む人を迎え、3 か月の稽古で舞台に立つ。自分と向き合い、限界を越えていく経験が、自分への信頼と、受け継いできたものへの誇りを育てます。First-timers and experienced performers alike—we welcome everyone who takes on the challenge in earnest, and after three months of rehearsal, they take the stage. Facing oneself and going beyond one’s limits builds trust in oneself and pride in what has been handed down.

直近の募集では、応募 6 件のうち 3 件が、メンバーからの紹介と、代表から直接のつながりでした。In our most recent call for performers, 3 of the 6 applications came through referrals from members or a direct connection with our director.

観る人が、演じる人になり、迎える人になる。出演を重ねた人が、次の人を迎えることで、舞台のたびに人が残り、育っていきます。一人から二人へ、二人から地域へと、輪が広がっていきます。Those who watch become those who perform, and then those who welcome. As performers return and welcome the next people, people stay and grow with every stage. From one to two, from two to a community—the circle keeps widening.

2026 年 9 月、バリ島の王宮で、日本とインドネシアの文化交流の舞台に立ちました。In September 2026, we performed at a royal palace in Bali, on a stage of cultural exchange between Japan and Indonesia.

訪れた土地で、その土地の人と文化に出会い、交流の場をつくる。自らのルーツに誇りを持つ人は、相手のルーツにも敬意を払えます。公演した地域との交流が、次の依頼と協力者を呼び、各地に仲間が生まれていきます。Wherever we go, we meet the people and culture of that place and create spaces for exchange. Those who take pride in their own roots can also respect the roots of others. Exchange with the places we perform brings the next invitations and new supporters, and companions emerge in many places.

会員・協賛・出演依頼を重ね、舞台を続ける力を、多くの人で支え合う形にします。舞台が続くほど誇りを持つ人が増え、日本の文化は担い手を得て、人・地域・産業が育っていきます。Through memberships, sponsorships and performance requests, we turn the strength to keep the stage going into something many people support together. The longer the stage continues, the more people find pride; Japanese culture gains new bearers, and people, communities and industries grow.

その先にある世界平和を、表現と仕組みの両面から目指します。A world where each person shines as their true self and, while keeping our differences, we can be together with gratitude and respect.
We aim for the world peace that lies beyond, through both expression and systems.
